Outstanding service — tenant secured almost immediately with fast, responsive support.

Professionals Real Estate has been outstanding to work with. From the first enquiry right through to securing a tenant, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The turnaround was incredible — the property was marketed within about a day of agreement, and a tenant was secured the very next day. From initial enquiry to tenancy in place took around three days, which was well beyond my expectations. Nat has been responsive the whole way through, across both tenant and landlord requests. Professional, friendly, and with a genuine can-do attitude. Overall, a really positive experience — highly recommend.

Needs improvement in their response time to inquiries.

Handover of keys were alright. They have an application where we can ask question and they also have email. The lack of response is what is lacking from their side. I have to follow up a coupld of times to be able to get a decent response. Looks like there's assigned specific agent to our unit and they only reply to inquiries on who's available.
