I bought an investment property at Box Hill NSW in 2016. Bruce was the only person available in that area. I appointed him as the managing agent and I have no regret about my choice of Bruce. Though his agency was new, he had excellent knowledge of the market and capacity to deal with people. Now he has a team of people working for him as is capable of undertaking bigger responsibilities.
