When I first met Hardeep he advised not to sell the property in slow market (which selling agent does that? they are only concerned about their commission right?). But I insisted due to my personal circumstances and Hardeep took this as a challenge to not only achieve market price but also get better results. Compared to local agents (Hardeep's main area is not Pakenham) who quoted me maximum selling price much lower and also offered me flat fee commission of $5k, I am glad I decided to my property with Hardeep as I easily got 30k-35K more even in a slow market. Lot of agents will offer you lower commissions or no marketing fees just to get your business but in the end you will be much worse off if you decide to sign up with them. They say local agent is best to sell as they have local buyers, database, knowledge etc. but I strongly disagree - numbers speak for itself. I would strongly recommend anyone selling property to speak to Hardeep before you decide any other agent. Hardeep Rocks!
