One of the best in the Bayside suburbs
We purchased from Leon, we could see how hard and smart he worked for his owner. He drove us pretty hard. When we came to selling, of course we searched around but given our previous experience, it was the right choice to go to the guy whos a gun. He worked 24/7 for us to ensure we were communicated to, up to speed, and importantly guided us through advice and experience. Could not want a better agent in you court.

Yan was very thorough and professional during our home selling process. She visited our house a few times just to make sure everything was in order before the opening. Selling price was well beyond my expectation
Yan spent hours answering my questions and providing tons of information in the area. I was concerned that there might be many similar properties on the market after the pandemic and would be tough to sell. She convinced me and had the strategy to back up her decision for a great marketing plan to get it sold quickly. John was extremely efficient throughout the entire auction process, being extremely clear and concise on each step we needed to follow. His knowledge of the property market in our suburb was excellent and this helped us guage a realistic reserve price based on his recommendation. What a experience!
My Gary Peer journey ended yesterday with a brilliant auction outcome conducted by the very professional auctioneer Simon.
