Renee has been absolutely wonderful from first contact. She kept us informed every step of the way, things we didn’t quite understand she put our minds at ease. Selling our home in Qld and buying in NSW, all at the same time was definitely a challenge for us oldies, however Renee being so knowledgeable and enthusiastic made everything fall into place. We did video walk throughs, Renee showed my sister through and answered any questions she had as well. All this gave us the confidence to make the purchase sight unseen. Technology is amazing!
