We walked into Stone Real Estate with our pre-approval wanting to buy ASAP. Renee showed us an amazing off market listing that was everything we had been looking for, for a price that would leave us room to afford repairs and renovations. Renee arranged for us to inspect the property with just the owner there as she couldn't leave the office. We made an offer within asking price directly to the owner which he accepted. Both the owner and Renee really wanted us to secure the property as we are a young family due to have a baby in the next few weeks and need to get out of our current rental. We had our conveyancer, building and pest reports sorted, exchanged contracts and put the sold sticker up within 2 days of inspection! Thanks to Renee and the vendor, we should be moving into our first home just in time for our baby! Unlike many other agents, Renee is NOT just in it to make a profit, she is the most helpful, honest and responsive agent I've ever met.
