From the very first moment I met Renee, when she came to appraise my Dads property, I just felt that she was going to be the right person to manage the sale for me. My father had recently passed away. It was such a difficult time. Renee showed such compassion and warmth towards me and my family. The whole process of listing the property was made easier with the way Renee conducted herself. The information she provided about costs etc to list with her was clear and precise ( no grey areas) The marketing and especially the photography was fantastic. I couldn’t believe that was my Dads house! I eventually had to go back to my home in Queensland, I was nervous about having to deal with selling being in another State. Nothing was too much of a challenge for Renee, she responded quickly to any questions I had via phone or email. She communicated clearly after every open house. I really felt that she was on our side, the ‘Sellers side’, as opposed to many Real Estate Agents who are usually on the buyers side. Renee worked consistently to achieve the result and price that we needed. I can not recommend Renee highly enough to anyone wishing to engage her services. She is just fantastic.
