This is the 3rd Property Troy has sold for me and as usual outstanding to work with. Communicated effectively between the buyer and myself and was super great with getting the best price for me. I wouldn't choose anyone else. Thanks so much Troy and team!

Jackson worked tirelessly to get us an extraordinarily high price for our home in Wakerley in just under a week! His communication was excellent and his professionalism was beyond reproach. He was able to achieve a record price for our 4 bedroom home in such an amazingly short amount of time. We were extremely happy with the service that he provided to my husband and I. He communicated daily with us and we always knew exactly what was going on with our property. We felt very safe in his young but very capable hands. We can highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quick sale with the highest price possible for their home!

We have no words for the great result Will & his team achieved for us at our recent auction. Right from the start, Will & his team (especially Doug Akenson) have taken the reigns and spearheaded the renovation & marketing of our property all on a short timeframe. Come auction day, being our first ever auction experience, we were a bit nervous, especially after an auction nearby 1 hour prior didn't sell at the premium price we expected. So we were pleasantly surprised, relieved, elated when Will managed to achieve a fantastic outcome at our property, with a prospective buyer that Will Torres had engaged with leading up to auction day. Will is professional, personable, sharp, diligent, has a great sense of humour whilst remaining focused & humble, and doesn't stop until he gets the result he thinks he can achieve for the client. So we can 200% recommend Will & all his team at Torres Property for a fantastic process & outcome this time round as well as in the past. We engaged Will to sell our previous home residence a few years back, as well as take on the renovation & sale of another rental property last year. Hence we know his track record for impeccable service & results, and highly recommend. We have also recently engaged Torres Property to take over our investment property portfolio, as we were disappointed with the service we were receiving from our previous property managers. Torres Property have ensured that we are up to date with all compliance issues, engaged with difficult tenants in a very professionally and productive manner, and helped us to get our rentals back on track. Will Torres & his entire Torres Property team are our number one recommendation for all things real estate.
Will Torres
Jack provided support beyond just the transaction, with excellent communication delivered with a genuine care. He guided us through the sale of our property at auction and also managed to find us our next family home. He took the time to understand our lifestyle, matching us to a kid-friendly suburb, close to great schools, city and parks all in record time. We sold at auction on a Saturday and signed for our new home the following day (within 24 hours!!!) seamless!!
