Genuine agent, trustworthy and no hassles. Jack has all the traits of a good sales agent you would hope for in real estate. Being in sales myself I know the importance of trust and actually caring about the result. Jack ticks all the boxes. Keep at it mate, might offer you a job someday ;)

Jack was really easy to communicate with, especially considering this was our first time buying- he made it simple and clear and supported our needs with the house. Really appreciated his help!

Although I was unsure Jack could get the deal completed at stages he kept me informed and at the end fo the day we got a suitable result. Jack was professional and couldnt be happier to have gone with Jack.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Jack. He was energetic and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. Given that we were in a different country, in a different time zone, Jack went above and beyond to enable effective and timely communication. He was reassuring; nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated his calm demeanor during the entire campaign. Thank you Jack

Susanna was a delight to deal with. Never pushy but quietly assertive and emphatic to both the Buyer and the Seller. Takes a personal interest in her clients and in the neighbourhood. There always wrinkles in the sales process but Susanna makes sure these issues are smoothed out to teh satisfaction of all parties

Rhiannon was amazing, after dealing with over 50 agents in both Sydney (Selling) and Brisbane, (Buying) I was blown away by the level of service, kindness, and professionalism shown by Rhiannon. There had been properties I loved, but was treated so horribly by the agents - I walked away. This property was the opposite, Rhiannon treated me, and my family (that all continued to view the house) with so much respect, and kindness - I felt so comfortable with my purchase and can't thank Rhiannon enough!

From the day one I met Will, I could see that he was taking the sale seriously and presented utmost well. Will knew exactly what was required to sell the house at its best price. He pointed out what was required and what the Buyer's expectation would be. I followed exactly what he had advised and the result was outstanding. He called me every time he had different news to tell. I can say that I will definitely use Will again for the next sale. Thank you Will. Catch up soon.

Sincere thanks to Troy for making the plans come to fruition. It was such a short timeframe to sell the property and the result has been excellent and the step-by-step approach to bringing the result was smooth and professional. I will definitely recommend Torres and will come back! Thanks heaps.

We would like to thank Rhiannon from Torres Property for all her help and dedication in supporting us through the recent marketing and sale of our property in Camp Hill. As a local agent in our area, Rhiannon provided that local market perspective, ensuring regular contact and feedback to all our questions and concerns during the sale process. We could’t have been more happier with the professional service and support provided and we would highly recommend Rhiannon Brown and Torres Property to anyone thinking of selling or wanting property advice in the Camp Hill area.

What a pleasure it is to write a review of our recent experience with Torres Property and in particular Will Torres as principal agent. One-word sums up Will and that is committed. I first met Will nine years ago when we were considering selling our home at Mt Gravatt East. From that time Will maintained contact and offered excellent advice on the state of the market and totally understood our situation as empty nesters, do we stay or do we sell. Will’s commitment as a professional real estate agent is obvious from his personal style and manner, to in his company presentation and his obvious team building approach to management of his crew and business. However, the real quality of Will as a person became evident as we became part of his team in managing the sale of our home. I cannot recommend Will more highly as his ability to walk with us through the difficult time of letting go of our family home has meant we are now in the best possible place to move on with our lives. Thank you Will Torres and your wonderful team.
