How it should be done!
Our experience with purchasing this property has been very smooth. From the first enquiry online to the open home and offer submission the communication with Troy was clear and concise. Troy facilitated the negotiation of the contract terms with no fuss and kudos to the sellers who also wasted no time. Troy communicated with us regularly, even with text messages on a Sunday, just to advise of progress. This attention was appreciated. Would definitely recommend Troy and his team for anyone considering selling.

Great Sale
I have been considerings to sale this unit since September last year. I did bank valuation and talked with a few agents from different company. However, none of them have confident to sale the unit. Troy has been really helpful after we made deal to sale. I am busy with my own business so decide to do the private sale. The price is good for me and the buyer so I would say this is a win-win deal. And Troy managed lots of small repairs and pest control etc. My wife and I really appreciate his help. I would do more business in the future if there is a chance. Peiqi

A wonderful experience
Susanna is the epitome of honesty, professionalism and is genuine. Amazingly we found an agent who understood the psychology of buying a home - the emotional pull versus budget. Susanna worked tirelessly attending inspections that was convenient to us. Negotiating our offer with overseas vendors late into the evening, getting the best result for her vendor and for us. Great upcoming agent!
I had a great experience selling my investment property with Jack. I was impressed from the outset with his energy and honesty and could tell Jack was committed to getting me the best possible outcome (which was evident by holding 3 open homes a week!).
