Will and his team has excellent knowledge of the market, had plenty of recent examples to show us of what they were able to do. He communicated with us through the entire process, was available whenever we had questions, no matter how big or small. He had a clear strategy from the beginning. Will and his team were incredibly professional and would highly recommend.

From Day 1 when we meet Will, he made both the wife and I feel comfortable, we had no issue signing up without any hesitation. During the sale, Will kept us up to date with any developments and comments from prospective buyers. Will assisted us with the staging and marketing of the property, and the photos and video's were just amazing to say the least. From both Ally and I we would like to say thanks to Will and his entire team, especially Doug, Martine and Susanna, you all made this a enjoyable experience for my wife. This is exactly why Will's team is the No1 agent around Carindale, you cant go past this team at all. Forget the rest go with the BEST

Brad was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole purchase and settlement process. He even let me into the property on his day off. Nothing was too much trouble and if he didn't have the answer, he found out and got back to me quickly. I would recommend Brad to any buyer or seller.

Property went on the market on Thursday with two open houses on the Saturday and Sunday and 5 offers on the Tuesday and a recommended contract on the Wednesday at a price even above what Will had expected. If you want a real estate agent who understands the Carindale area, is a great communicator, honest and timely in his dealings and provides the right guidance to the seller, than Will is your man. By following Will's advice the sales process was seamless, from providing us with quality tradesmen to painting the inside of the property, cleaners who did an exceptional job, staging that was first class and marketing that clearly got to the buyer market with the knowledge of the value of your property than you are clearly going to sell your property with limited stress. Would strongly recommend Will and the Torres to anyone desirous of selling their property.

Brad was door knocking in our area quite some time ago and I instantly felt a connection with him, We talked about real estate and I told him I had an investment house that I might sell next time the lease was up for renewal. Brad would visit and phone regularly to keep me informed about the market in the area but without any pressure to sell. He is very friendly and informative. When the tenants moved out I approached Brad at Torres Real Estate for an appraisal. He introduced me to Amir and the two of them were absolutely fantastic in the way the sale was handled. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. They made all the arrangements for the house to be staged and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Also great communicators and I virtually didn’t have to do anything. The house sold at auction (above the reserve) and I was thrilled. I can strongly recommend Brad to anyone who is thinking of selling/buying real estate. Seller

We bought through Will, he is a consummate professional and does his job in very efficient manner, but does not come off as salesy as a lot of agents due. I consider this the sign of excellent salesman. Will be using Will next time we sell!

From the moment we signed Will to sell our house we knew it would sell. A diligent agent astute and professional. It’s no wonder he sold 180 houses last year (during Covid). A unique approach to real estate has developed within his team and I can highly recommend him and his team. If you are considering an agent look no further.

This is the 4th time we have sold a family home and this has been by far the best selling experience. Li was highly recommended by a dear friend whose house was sold by Li late last year. From the beginning Li has listened and understood our needs and goals and has made the selling journey as smooth as possible. He communicated what was important and offered many helpful and worthwhile suggestions while giving us plenty of space to make the necessary decisions. He has worked diligently and tirelessly and we could not be happier with the efforts. We highly recommend Li.
