I have been following Will's career for many years. He has become an outstanding Real Estate Agent and has a great knowledge of Carindale and its surrounding suburbs. I had no hesitation in employing him and his staff to sell my home. He and Ricky did an amazing job with open houses and private viewings. He was able to sell my home for an exceptional price. I found Will and his team professional, hardworking and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend Will and his team to anyone.

Doug went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. He answered all of our questions and patiently waited while we inspected the house on a Sunday. We highly recommend him.

We observed Will Torres' and his team's real estate activities in the Carindale area for close on 12 months having decided to list just 1 month ago. Our decision to list with Will Torress was based on his (and his team's) professionalism, sales record in the area, knowledge of the area and willingness to listen. We believe we made the right choice. Will is a very good communicator, is accommodating and flexible, shows empathy with the seller and is a good negotiator. We signed a contract after the first open house weekend and we have felt supported with full information throughout the whole process.

Will has to be the most elite agent in Brisbane if not QLD. The experience at Torres Property from start to finish was impeccable, including the service provided by all the admin team. Will is my agent for life. Thank you so much Torres Property!

My experiences with Ricky were entirely positive. Ricky helped me navigate the process with his knowledge of the Market and other associated entities. He answered all my questions whenever we spoke and always did what he said he would do. Ricky was very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Will is respectful, kept me updated at all time during the selling process and knows the market. Will has sold two of our places, both were successful with high numbers coming through the door. Wouldn’t waste my time with another agent, would only use Will.
