Martine is professional and always helpful. She made inspections easy for potential buyers by accommodating their requests for inspection times that suited their work hours. She diligently followed up all groups that came through the property and kept the lines of communication open with us and buyers. In-depth feedback was given after every inspection. Phone calls not able to be taken immediately were returned promptly. Although our property received three written offers in the first week, Martine from continued to market the property effectively until the contract was unconditional.
