Marcia is highly reliable, trustworthy and professional.
Marcia has been managing my investment properties for many years. We have been through many different markets and rentals together. I have found Marcia to be highly professional and proactive. She has been able to secure wonderful tenants and minimise any potential issues before they happen. I am really enjoying working with Marcia and she has yet again successful secure the right tenant with this latest leasing.

Efficient and professional
The team at Ray White rentals had multiple great quality prospective tenants wanting to rent our new investment property before settlement. The tenant was shown the property the day after settlement and signed a lease the same weekend.

Cassandra the great
Cassandra is easy to deal with and is on top of things with regards to inspections and rent review. She does an outstanding job and come highly recommended. I recently recommended Cassandra to a work collegue and he was equally impressed. Cassandra and Ray White a winning combination

Very professional and responsive services
I requested an online quote and Nicole was in touch within a day, we had a property inspection and she provided very professional advice. We managed to rent out the house within a month. Marcia was very professional as well on helping us coordinating the open inspections, deciding on the tenant and finalizing the contract. We are very satisfied with the service and appreciate the team!
