As first time Landlords, we were very nervous about letting out our property. Jim Byrne realestate came highly recommended as the rental managers to engage in Berwick. We originally thought as our property was in Garfield, we needed to engage someone closer, they assured us they manage properties all over and distance was not an issue, they remained true to their word. They were obliging when asked to do a couple of extra openings. Our property was leased within 2 weeks, they have a thorough tenant screening process and are in communication when required to be.
