I originally bought my house through Robbie Witt and then later sold my house through Robbie. A genuine agent who is informative and efficient at every stage. The whole process was a breeze. Highly recommend for time poor people like myself. Robbie and his amazing team will take care of everything.

Without a doubt Matt Hawkins is the best agent I've had. The sale of my investment property came with unexpected damages that had occurred during the lease. Matt handled them swiftly and professionally ensuring everything stayed on track. He took immediate action to resolve the issues co-ordinating with reliable trades at extremely fair prices to get the work done quickly and cost effectively. His communication was outstanding. I was always kept in the loop and he made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Matt worked to secure the best possible price squeezing every last dollar out of the market. If you want an agent who truly delivers then Matt should be the first person to call.

I was initially a little apprehensive as to achieving a sale above $600k but after a visit from Matt and Paddy Ryan they came back to me with an assessment of $625k to $635k which gave me the confidence to purchase new property first and then sell my existing property. By doing this way I was able to effect a non rushed change over and relocation. Matt initiated process very professionally and I was able to work methodically through the relocation process. Not only this the eventual buyer appeared before we went to market so was able to set a sale price $650f and hold my ground as they had been unsuccessful in securing properties once on the market. The benefit for me was negating considerable costs for marketing and pre market furnishings. Very appreciative of the work undertaken by Matt and his co workers.

Right from the start Matt and Liam were easy to get a hold of and to get the selling process started. Their knowledge of the local area and experience were very evident. I couldn’t recommend Matt and his team in a more highly manner. Great work to everyone involved

Liam was amazing during the whole process of us selling and buying a house. He was very helpful, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic. He answered very silly question we had and his communication was great. Liam was able to negotiate an excellent price with the buyer within a couple of days of our house going on the market. Highly recommend using Liam for your real estate needs!
