Matt and Liam were both exceptional communicators, they take a proactive communication approach which made us feel reassured through the entire sales process. Matt was also really proactive with open homes, providing guidance on how to stage the house, as well as best times to look at selling. When our first buyer fell through Matt was the first to let us know, and by the time he’d called to tell us he already had a plan of attack for securing another contract, which we had in less than a week! Overall it has been an absolute pleasure having Matt and Liam represent us and our house, we are incredibly grateful for everything they have done to support us through the sale and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Matt is a great communicator both with the buyer and seller. Unlike other agents I have sold with, Matt works for the seller. He is always within phone reach (selling, buying and moving is very stressful especially when you are in your 70s) and giving honest feedback. He is also supportive of the potential buyer, making sure they get the information they need to make an informed decision. He knows the market well, and living in a manufactured home he also knows the Act and Regulations. My sale was complicated by a change of Park Owner but Matt was able to work with the Resort Manager to ensure this did not influence the sale. Thanks Matt for your honest but caring support and getting a sale on my home.

Emailed us straight away which I liked as not pushy having to talk on the phone. He gave us a great overview in one email, we liked his straightforward ideas and very open about the process.
