We can’t rate Robbie high enough. The sale of our home was quick, stress free and a great outcome. Robbie was a fantastic communicator and we felt supported through the entire process. Robbie not only helped us sell our home, but worked with us to find our dream home to purchase.

Matt brings fresh legs to the realestate game. Selling with NGU took the stress out of the process. A progressive team who think outside of the box with vast knowledge of the market resulted in a quick and seamless transaction. I can’t recommend Matt highly enough.

My family has been using Robbie as an agent for many years and was my first pick as an agent due to his vast knowledge of the Toowoomba Region property market. This is the first property I have sold so I wasn't familiar with the whole process. Robbie was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed throughout the whole sale and had my property on the market within one week of contacting him. The whole experience was personalised and Robbie dealt with everything. I will definitely be using him again. Thank you to all of the NGU Realty Team.

I could not believe that selling the house with Robbie would be a smooth sail. He could pitch in the seller on the very first open home and took things in his hands without me sweating for any reason. I highly recommend him for his honesty, reliability, availability and professionalism and above all, a good human being.

We went with Paddy when it came time to sell our investment property in Toowoomba. Paddy knows the Toowoomba and surrounding district very well after many years in the real estate industry. He marketed the property professionally and was able to reach interested buyers shortly after presenting to market, with several follow up inspections in the first week. Our property was under contract, with a great offer, within 10 days of the first open house. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and we will be turning to Paddy for his property insight and trusted advice for our next investment. We commend Paddy to you for your first, second or thirtieth purchase!

I'm not a review kinda guy, but I'll pay it where it's due. When I was looking for a real estate agent to sell my investment property, I checked out a few and they were ok, just didn't get the vibe i wanted from them. I contacted Matt and from the get go, he was the agent I knew I could count on. He helped me organise pre- selling checks with an engineering company, he went out of his way to facilitate this, nothing was a issue with him. I work in a high stress and demanding job so when I chose Matt to be my agent, I knew selling my investment was one less stress to worry about. Matt was so pleasant to my tenants and worked with them for open houses. Always keeping me up to date after open houses. I have never met Matt, only had conversations over the phone. I know Matt is a very busy agent, but he makes you feel like you're the only person he is working for. He sold my investment home in a timely manner. I recommend him to any person wishing to sell. I couldn't be happier.

We recently trusted Matt with the sale of our house in Kearneys Spring. Matt showed integrity, was reliable and down to earth throughout the process, working hard to achieve a result for not only us, but also the buyer. It’s hard to find an agent who is dedicated to achieving a result for both parties and Matt ensured a fair, no nonsense process was implemented to ensure the sale was mutually beneficial in a timely fashion. Thanks again Matt for all of your hard work!
