Very polite, proficient and proactive

Matt is amazing!
Matt is amazing. We approached Matt as first time sellers after he came highly recommended. Matt explained the selling process so well and made sure we informed the entire time. Our house was sold without an open home for well above anticipated sale price. Matt kept in contact with us and ensured settlement happened smoothly - which it did. We highly recommend Matt.
