Sam, Manu, Ravi and team were able to bring through and host the right amount of people through the property especially through covid challenges, where the right buyer signed the contract of sale with a sale price I was happy with. The video was outstanding and really well done by Sam and Ravi and presented as professional sales people in the advertisment that his team produced. The signage was also excellent with images and very professionally done.

Having decided we really did need to move to somewhere smaller, we were not looking forward to the whole selling experience as we had been previously tried selling unsuccessfully with another supposedly well-known agency. Mehdi knocked on our door offering to help sell our house. That’s when we met Sam and Mehdi from Goldbank Real Estate group, who really impressed us with their presentation and strategies to sell their home. We found Sam and Mehdi to be calm, positive and professional with a very nice non-pushy way to their demeanour. Sam gave us advice about presenting the house and the type of buyer our house would appeal to. Within days, without the house even going on the market Mehdi introduced two likely buyers and we started receiving offers as well. We ended up putting house on the market with right marketing strategies and advice, ended up selling well above our expected price. The house sold within 1.5 weeks of it going on the market.
