A Superstar
Andy delivered a truly remarkable result. His drive and commitment to meeting the vendor's asking price is incredible. I could get him on the phone at 11:00 pm and speak for an hour. Andy has the instinct to see the opportunity and act immediately to seal the deal. Also, he is backed by a vast Chinese community network. He has his entire team working on his own developed database for prospective buyers. I have known a handful number of sales agents in the past throughout the selling and purchasing of homes. No one has the skills to execute the sales like Andy does. I honestly believe that there are no other individuals in the real estate industry who has the quality of charisma, discipline, negotiation and passion to equal Andy.

In my experience Andy Lin is a highly motivated professional real estate agent. He works hard and is highly motivated to achieve the best outcome possible. He goes the extra mile. He works 6 days a week. He targets the correct market for your property and he achieve results that local agents are unable to achieve. He is special . From my experience no regrets in using Andy Lin. All my friends said use a local agent as they know the area and the market. Fortunately I went with my gut feeling and did not regret using Andy Lin. He goes the extra mile and achieve results which is unbelievable as he has a wide network. Use Andy Lin and you will have ni regrets.
