Karen made my buying experience extremely smooth and easy. I was looking at multiple properties of the same size, in the same area and Karen’s expertise on the property, inviting personality and consistent check ins really pulled me in this properties direction. Karen exceeded expectations in every stage of the buying process.

She has in-depth knowledge of the market. Kris followed up all our potential buyers and willing to take extra mile to make sure all the inspection condition is perfect. Karen works extremely hard for us to sale the property. She runs multiple times of open home in a week to make sure we won’t miss any potential buyers in this very difficult market. At the end we were able to sale the property in a relatively short period of time. We would recommend her to anyone who has properties to sale.
