Fantastic selling experience with Karen

Street record sales result and best effort from Andy!
Andy worked so hard. I have never seen any single inspection lasted for 2 hours! He handled more than 240 groups of inspectors. He followed all inspectors and reported every single feedback back to me. He is professional and is very good at communication with people. He dedicated all his passion to the business and pay attention to every details in the selling process. For example they put sound bar, the fragrance and other stuff to make the home more welcome at inspection. I am so impressed by their jobs. I tried other very popular agent in the area but felt I was treated like a standard procedure. I could not feel their passion and no useful information and care but seems nothing wrong. In comparison, Uniland is so special. They treated me like a VIP and also a family. They care about the deal more than myself. I felt tired to answer the requests from solicitor but Andy and his team never stop. To be honest I think I would be happy even the price is not that high because Andy has brought so many potential buyers to the inspection not to mention we achieved the street record sales price! Really happy with Andy and the Uniland Team's service and highly recommended for all venders and buyers.
