Andy has plenty of knowledge of the real estate market and the properties that he is working on. He can answer almost every question that you can think of, besides he's also willing to share lots of thoughts and suggestions about the buying and selling. Andy works very hard, he even arranged an inspection at 7.30pm when I requested to do so at 6pm. Most importantly, he's especially good at negoiating, cares about both buyers and vendors and tries to make everyone feel happy.

Andy has been fantastic. He is also skilful and professional in his approach. He offered great advice and help to get our house ready for the sale in a short time. He possessed sound knowledge of the market and is very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with people especially the potential buyers’ motivations n expectations. A friendly chap with good analytical skills and greatly driven. Every week he took the time to update us on the latest development on the sale of our house and went through various options to maximise the sales. He went all out to get the best price for us and for that we are happy with him.
