Andy worked so hard. I have never seen any single inspection lasted for 2 hours! He handled more than 240 groups of inspectors. He followed all inspectors and reported every single feedback back to me. He is professional and is very good at communication with people. He dedicated all his passion to the business and pay attention to every details in the selling process. For example they put sound bar, the fragrance and other stuff to make the home more welcome at inspection. I am so impressed by their jobs. I tried other very popular agent in the area but felt I was treated like a standard procedure. I could not feel their passion and no useful information and care but seems nothing wrong.
