Andy went above and beyond in relation to marketing and selling my property, I have never come across a real estate agent who equals or even comes close to Andy's "never give up" attitude, he worked and fought hard to achieve the almost impossible under the current circumstances (the coronavirus crisis) Andy was always profession and most definitely is an expert in the housing market. Andy has plenty of knowledge of the real estate market and the properties that he is working on. He can answer almost every question that you can think of, besides he's also willing to share lots of thoughts and suggestions about the buying and selling. Andy works very hard, he even arranged an inspection at 7.30pm when I requested to do so at 6pm. Most importantly, he's especially good at negoiating, cares about both buyers and vendors and tries to make everyone feel happy.

Andy has been fantastic. He is also skilful and professional in his approach. He offered great advice and help to get our house ready for the sale in a short time. Every week he took the time to update us on the latest development on the sale of our house and went through various options to maximise the sales.
