I believe their communications were very helpful, market knowledge was pretty good.
I believe that a 7 bedroom house in Eastwood should have been $2.6 - $2.7 even on back block. Cheaper than some apartments in the same area. The team behaved professionally and worked hard to get the price we got so all good there.
