Andy is a very genuine person and he works very hard to help out his clients. One day before the auction, he was working around the clock, well into the late evenings, answering my calls to help my family prepare for the auction. There were a number of major issues with the sales contract, however, Andy worked diligently to liaise between the lawyers to address those issues. Andy was great at communicating between us, our lawyer and the vendor. I would highly recommend Andy and Uniland for their real estate services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
