In our process of buying a duplex, we have met many agents. Once of them was Julie. In our dealing with her, she has provided us with all the assistance and information we needed to make a decision on the duplex to buy. We have found her to be professional and trust worthy and always ready to seek out out more information we requested. Even after the sales has been concluded, Julie continued to provide us assistance to visit the property to take measurements etc. We highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buying or selling.

Your marketing strategies, the understanding of our demand, and attention to detail made the process easy and lucrative for us, and we couldn't be happier we choose you to list our property. Andy is a very genuine person and he works very hard to help out his clients. One day before the auction, he was working around the clock, well into the late evenings, answering my calls to help my family prepare for the auction. There were a number of major issues with the sales contract, however, Andy worked diligently to liaise between the lawyers to address those issues. Andy was great at communicating between us, our lawyer and the vendor. I would highly recommend Andy and Uniland for their real estate services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This real estate agent is really on the ball—diligent, responsible, and totally passionate about what they do. They know their stuff when it comes to the market and are always willing to shoot the breeze to understand exactly what their clients are after. Plus, they're not just in it for the paycheck—they're like your own personal watchdog, keeping an eye on every little detail throughout the whole deal.
