A result beyond expectation!
From the time she approached me regarding the sales of the property she has been extremely professional and straightforward. As there are other sellers in the same building, there were a lot of coordinations to be done. Different owners have got different agendas, it is quite a big task to get everyone in the block to agree to a deal. In the end, she pulled the things together with her colleagues and achieved a price for the owners a lot above the market price! Great results and experience!

Honest, Authentic, Respectful and Professional
Having worked with Margaret over a few months, I can state that Margaret is extremely honest, respectful and acts with absolute integrity. Margaret responded to every call and every text. If she could not answer the phone due to work commitments, she would send a text to advise me. Margaret is an extremely effective communicator. She follows up on everything you ask, does what she says she will and nothing is too much trouble for her. She was always open to hear about any problem or anxiety and would do her best to dispel them. Margaret is extremely dedicated to her work and manages to be calm and peaceful even in very stressful situations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Margaret as an agent whether you are wanting to buy or sell.
