She is an excellent communicator and has excellent interpersonal skills who communicates personally via phone call to discuss the outcomes of the house open. Her knowledge of the market is obvious and her knowledge of the appropriate price setting is very evident. Received good service from Gina. When the property became vacant got a new tenant not long after the previous tenants left. Have flown into Perth after hours from Sydney and the agent left the key in a secure location, which was good service. This allowed me to view the property when it was vacant. Only issue would be asked to pay for a report on rental transactions for my tax, which was not charged after I queried it by Peter.
