A commitment to youth, education and community directed Peter to combine all three interests as a teacher within the Catholic Schools system. His affable nature and strong leadership ability saw him appointed as Assistant Principal for two schools during his teaching career. His passion for sports gave him the opportunity to play WAFL football for the Subiaco and East Fremantle football clubs. With 12 years as a student of martial arts, Peter's focus and determination rewarded him with the high achievement of 2nd Dan Black Belt. Off the field, a progression was made from league runner to Director of marketing for the Swan Districts football club. This strength for sales and marketing saw Peter launch a successful business in sports marketing, managing fundraisers and auctions to raise money for various community organisations. Peter's ability to manage diverse groups of people, often under pressure, as well as maintaining a solid sense of humour, leaves a lasting impression on an individual level.
