There was a time when real estate agents received a bad wrap. That's not so with this agent. She is intelligent; hard working; helpful, and client-focused. Always ready to walk that extra mile, she cares enough to give up her personal time to be of extra assistance. How many agents would allow a client to write their own draft property description? Or volunteer their own time to assist a client with moving house? Not many, I would posit! An excellent and prompt communicator, Fiona always provided thorough and immediate reports upon potential-buyers' visits and provided reasoned arguments of the positives and negatives of offers. We have bought and sold through Fiona and in both cases we have rated her as the best agent that we have worked with. Consequently, and in our opinion, the generalised rating of 5/5 doesn't have enough stars.

If you're looking to sell your place, we honestly can't recommend Kathy Wigfield enough. We just sold our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a double car garage in Baldivis, WA, and Kathy was an absolute legend throughout the whole journey.
