We spent years trying to get our apartment sold but had no luck given the poor market conditions. Given that our property was not a big fish price wise, other agents weren’t that keen to go on the journey. After seeing that Peter had sold 5 properties very similar to ours in a 2 month period for good prices, I had to reach out. Peter was kind, professional and upfront from the very beginning. He is an expert in Tuart Hill and advised very closely to reality as to what the sales journey would look like. Once we decided it was the right time to sell (2 weeks after first chatting to Peter) we listed. 2 weeks later it was online, 2 weeks after that the property went under offer, so very quick - which was a stark contrast to the prior attempts we made. The other hurdle that Peter negotiated was the property was currently tenanted meaning he needed to build strong rapport with our property manager and the tenant - with out which the home opens and photos would not have worked well. Peter and his team kept us up to date regularly as we met each milestone (documents,financials,settlement connections etc) we allowed us to have peace of mind. Very highly recommend Peter, particularly for apartments in Tuart Hill!
