I was introduced to Peter by my brother, who had had previous dealing and was always happy with the result. We put our mums house in Peters hands after a short discussion believing that if anyone was to get a quick sale at a good price it would be Peter. We were proved right! Peters insight into the current market and guidance on selling price and tactics resulted in two CASH offers after the first home open and we accepted the higher offer which was $50K above our expectations. Peter was very friendly and efficient for the sale of our property. His communication was fantastic and he always kept us up to date through each stage of the sale.
