I can recommend the services of Peter and the Avenue One team, with no hesitation whatsoever - it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and far better than what I have seen from any of the other real estate companies locally. My partner and I recently completed the purchase of our first home, a townhouse in Maylands, which we happened upon almost by accident as we were viewing another unit in the area when we walked past the billboard on the street advertising the property. It caught our attention, in particular from the great photographs but also as a home open was on at that particular time, so we just had to take a closer look. Peter gave us a great welcome to the property and showed us around, pointing out all the main features and answering any questions we had. I was pleasantly surprised, both with the professional service but also with the lovely presentation of the home interior, so it was a very positive first impression. As such we submitted an offer on the property even though it was actually in a higher price range than we had originally anticipated purchasing, we both agreed it was a fantastic property. Throughout the home buying and conveyancing phases, Peter provided us with lots of advice and was always prompt with getting back to us and keeping us updated, which we really appreciated as being first-time-buyers the whole process had hitherto been a complete mystery to us. I'm also aware that Avenue One made (a lot) of phone calls back and forwards with the seller on our behalf during the negotiations, so that was extremely helpful for us. Finally once settlement day was achieved, Peter handed us the keys, along with a gift of some nice bottles of wine to welcome us to our new home! It was a fantastic day for us both.
