The application process was proactive, quick, and clear, which saved my time and efforts in communicating. My agent really cares for my needs via providing useful advices during my lease transfer period and preparing a good rental condition that suits my needs. The whole process with Charlotte and Peterswald has been very easy and professional. Was based in Sydney so could not view the property myself. Casey and the team went above and beyond to help with the virtual inspection, made sure the property was vacated and ready before our move in date. Bravo to Casey for helping throughout the process.
