Adam Dougherty and the team at Charlotte Peterswold Property Management have done a fantastic job of managing our 12 unit block. They demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with the family, tenants and other key stakeholders. This included good communication during COVID lockdowns and notifications of changes to government regulations The units were always leased and good practice tasks such as regular inspections ensured the properties were well maintained. Administratively they provided a great service with prompt payments of bills and rent returns. I highly recommend this firm to manage any property

Adam is thorough diligent and intelligent in his custodianship of our property, and really easy to speak to/deal with. The Agency has always been efficient in its management of accounts and issues, and the Managing Director, no doubt supported by the team, sends out regular news-sheets about current issues and has made suggestions which we, as owners, have welcomed and acted on. We are so happy that they were the management team in place when we bought our rental property.

I have been very impressed at the property management's dealings with COVID trying to accommodate both tenant and landlord in these trying times. Throughout that time they have taken excellent care of me, the tenants and, of course, the houses.
