The sale of the property was not straightforward. It was rented and the tenant was in default, refusing to cooperate with the sale including home opens and inspections. Deborah's management of the sale given the circumstances deserves high praise. This involved careful handling of the tenant, limiting the marketing period (not an easy judgment however an unconditional offer was received and accepted), ensuring the buyers were advised of any issues and maintaining regular contact with me by email and often by phone. Of note was her attention to detail, for example all important communications even if only minor variations to the contract were documented. Settlement took place on time. Deborah's professionalism is undoubted.

There was often pleasure involved in the process, which I think we could agree, isn't always the case. Deborah Brady brings a level of compassion because she understands the emotions involved in selling your home, your place in your suburb, all of which you will miss. However her compassion does not cloud her business skills. Not by any means. Deborah and her team worked politely, pleasantly, and what proves the point of her skills, relentlessly for me. Quite a combo. I give them all top gold stars for the time we spent together with that one objective in mind. The process ended with a beautiful gift. What's not to like about Deborah Brady! I wish I could do it all again, just for the pleasure of experiencing comparisons in market place attention to the human details involved combining with a terrific outcome financially.
