Rory really did a great job negotiating, his communication was excellent and knowledge of the area outstanding. He would be the only agent in Yeppoon I would sell with. We tried other agents who seemed okay initially but completely failed to actually sell the property. Another agent had the property for over 3 months with NO offers and Rory had it sold in under a week.
