Good sale of land. After sale followup re refund not too great. I had to chase this up. Otherwise we got the land sold so thankful for that.

We were still renovating our house Rory came and gave an appraisal and said to wait until renos were completed. With that we contacted Rory and within days Rory had open houses. It was only about three weeks and we had a potential buyer. Rory worked on our behalf to achieve the price we were chasing which was turned into a sale. We even achieved a higher price due to other interested parties looking at the house. Rory is the type of agent that doesn't fill you with false hopes like most, when you here from Rory you no that something is going to happen.
