I met with 3 agents when I was getting ready to put our house on the market, and after meeting with Rory & Beth I felt like they were the team to help me sell my property. Rory was the first agent to follow up with me and had buyers to show through before we went on the market so that made my decision easy as I knew he was proactive and would communicate with me throughout the process which is imperative. I don’t believe in spending lots of money on advertising in newspapers and believe in social media and Rory was most obliging when I told him this was the way I wanted to advertise. There were no set amount of open homes Rory and Beth had open homes whenever I requested one and gave me feedback every week, their communication is second to none. My home took a little longer to sell but I got close to the price I wanted and was never pressured to reduce it. I can’t recommend this team enough. Do yourself a favour and give them a call!

Rory had our family's vacant 7 hectare rural block listed and did a wonderful job with the marketing. Selling real estate is all about getting inspections on your property, and Rory had that many that there were permanent tire tracks on the site by the time the property was sold. Rory's communication was excellent and he worked hard to secure the right buyer for our property. It was easy dealing with him! My family definitely recommend him!
