As a owner, I expect the agent to work on my behalf when it comes about ensuring the tenants are looking after the property and the issues reporting, to verify whether those are really issues or caused by the tenant etc and to push back the issues created by them, rather than handballing to the owner. Also, the property manager’s professionalism is really important, if they commit that they’ll get back to on certain thing on a given date, I’d expect to hear back from them. There’s opportunity to improve the skillsets and profess of the property managers within Eleet rentals.
