Good and Efficient Team
I recently had the pleasure of using The Eleet Team for my investment property and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the outset, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step of the rental process. What impressed me the most was their transparency and honesty, creating a trustworthy environment that is often hard to come by in the rental industry.

Negotiations skills
Hemjot is an excellent property manager. She completes routine property inspections on time and share details report on regular basis. Hemjot understands local rental market conditions and suggest accordingly. This year she manage to negotiated our rental increase with current Tanent. Appreciate her efforts. However she need to ensure tenants deposit rent on time. In Year 2023 our monthly rent was delayed multiple times. Hope to see improvement in 2024. Thanks Hemjot!
