No issue; during the sales process, everything went well. After post-sales, they didn't clean the property. I tried to contact him multiple times; he kept saying he would remove the rubbish from the lot but didn't do it. I even have proof of the chat lying about the rubbish removal. Thankfully I only bought an empty lot from them. Please avoid him, he is not professional, and all those five-star reviews he got immediately after the sales.

Ali is a very switched-on agent. He is bright, result-driven and Honest. We looked for a new residential house at a very uncertain time when interest rate kept rising, And moving from South to west suburb, was a big decision. In addition, the vendor may as well have their types of frustration. It would have not been possible without Ali Hashmi's endless efforts and patience. Such a pleasure purchasing a house from Ali. Having dealt with many real estate agents, we would have no hesitation to recommend Ali Hashmi to our family and friends for his outstanding results, work ethic and beautiful personality. Thank you Ali Hashmi and keep up your great work!
