Sachin is extremely professional, knowledgeable and an enthusiastic agent. Alongside Kawal, they met and exceeded all of our expectations from the moment we engaged their services to sell our home. The Eleet were completely transparent in all areas. The communication and feedback was outstanding. We have felt valued and respected. Sachin was so kind enough to let our little boy get up close and personal with his Lamborghini. We asked, he said yes. Made our boys dream come true. We can’t thank you enough for everything. We highly recommend Sachin and his team. They work strenuous hours to achieve the results desired by their clients. Exceptional Service is an understatement. We are beyond happy and thankful we got to experience this journey with the Eleet. We have made a life long partnership with Eleet for any and all of our future journeys. They are out number one trusted agent.

Where do I start…. 3 years ago I opened the front door to an energetic and bubbly agent who handed over a Christmas present. He had previously appraised the house a year prior and kept in contact ever since. We knew from that moment that this is the one who will sell our home to make our dreams come true. Kawal showed us genuity, he showed passion and he showed us ambition. He had an abundance of knowledge in our estate we reside in. Without a second thought to engage anyone else for an appraisal, we went straight to Kawal to market our home for sale. The most important and key strength in our journey was Kawal’s ability to communicate effectively and to be transparent across the entire process. The moment Kawal walks into our home, each and every time, he brings his energetic self and fills our home with energy. He works along side an enthusiastic team. All willing to do what it takes and go that extra mile for their clientele. Our expectations were not only met, they were achieved and exceeded well above standards. We were well informed of all feedback. Kawal worked extensive hours working around our young family life and nothing was ever too hard or an inconvenience for him. We feel as though at the end of our journey, we have made not just a connection with an agent but a life long commitment to a business partner. There is only one person we will entrust our business with in our future journey and that is Kawal and his team. Our review and recommendation comes with a great deal of thought behind it, gratitude, respect and loyalty. It’s been an absolute pleasure and we are certain he will bring many more amazing clients the same experience that we have had.

One of the best agents I've dealt with who is straight to the point and don't play games back and forth with the price like other agents.

I needed a quick result to sell my property, Sachin Khera committed to get a positive outcome within 4 weeks and he did that much before the timeline agreed upon. Am very pleased with my dealing with The Eleet Group for their incredible market knowledge and networks, and have recommended them to my friends.

Overall experience not good. It started very well, Kawal was very responsive, friendly, professional and flexible. The house we got was not in the same condition as we first saw it. The grass in the backyard has wholes in it. We are very disappointed and very disrespected moving into a house that was not clean ready to move in, even after we had to consistently ask to get those things done. (Things that no one needs to ask) Also, 12 days after the settlement one important key still missing. Hasn’t been handed over as yet. Other issues with the gas cooking top and 3 council bins full of rubbish stinking just next to garage and could smell them once you get in the driveway. We also found rubbish around the house.
