Our first investment purchase in West Melbourne was a bit challenging and was not perfect. Each issue however was easily solved with Ali's hands-on and quick action to provide solution in dealing with build issues. He was always eager to help and liaising with the vendor and myself in finalising the purchase up to getting the tenancy and outstanding building works sorted out. He is very prompt in giving us updates even with time constraints and communicates even off hours just to get things sorted. His friendly attitude and professional "no-fuss" approach = happy clients indeed! Thanks Ali. Highly recommended!

I bought my first home in 2017 when Sachin was working with a different agency. The professional and honest approach has made him very successful in this field. This made me an easy choice to approach Sachin to sell my home 4 years later. Sachin and his team made the whole process smooth and most importantly, stress-free.
