Most of people are usually looking for a big real estate agent to deal with, after looking for a medium size real estate agent though RateMyAgent. com, I decided to sign on the contract with The Eleet Wyndham City and put my house 31 Tigris Close Werribee on the market. Sachin and Phillip have been working well in team. They are professional and dedicated, have showed respect to the client and being truthful and sincere. I am also happy with the fees and commission I paid. Strongly recommended.

Sachin Khera has provided a good leadership in selling my property. Raj Panjwani was excellent throughout the sale period and always did his best to get the optimum price. Ali has also assisted the sale of my property. Overall, a great team.

I had great experience dealing with Ali during the purchase process of my first home. He demonstrated his professionalism from first inspection till final settlement of property. His communication was excellent and he supported to solve paper works issues during settlement. He also extended his support connecting me with other reliable service providers like painters, carpet installation and cleaning services. I strongly recommend Ali to those Buyers and sellers who are looking for purchase and sale their properties.

I met Kawal singh for the first time during the inspection of 32 Circuit Drive. This was not my first inspection and unfortunately I was carrying some bad experience with the real estate agents. As a result, I was not expecting much from Kawal too. But this was going to be proved wrong. I really liked the house and started talking to Kawal on a regular basis. I found Kawal to be a professional, dissent and gentle real estate agent. He was not at all a nagging and was not trying to push hard and throw tantrums at me. He is having good understanding and knowledge of the real estate and properties. He really helped me to sort out my challenges by negotiating with the owner. I would not hesitate to take help and repeat business with Kawal in the future too.
