Cares about the people behind the transaction and was always available
As the buyer you know the agent is working for the vendor and rightly so but Adam ensure he takes care that both parties are achieving their Real Estate outcomes. His team is diligent, professional and I can see why they're the leading agent in the area. Well done Adam and Brad.

Professional and Knowledgeable
My family and I cannot praise Adam Dureau highly enough. We had never sold a house before and needed help. From the start, with his great presentation and expertise, we knew he was the one for us. He and his staff kept in touch, letting us know what was happening every step of the way. His drive and hard work got us the best possible price for our house. Sold in a week. Helpful and easy to get along with
Adam new what we wanted from the start and delivered a price we were over the moon with, we have also Brought a home through adam and new from the start what we were looking for and what we wanted . A lot of agents would stop being in contact after the sale has been done , but adam continue talking with us and keeping in touch . A great job from adam / josh and the team . Again thank you

My experience with Adam in selling my property has been nothing short of 'no stress'. I was very impressed with his market knowledge and he always communicated with me to keep me up to date with the current status. He always conducted himself in a very professional manner which was pleasing and I found him easy to communicate with. Adam was also very helpful when I was seeking advise on a property my son was interested in purchasing which was not through Impact Realty. I would be very happy to recommend him to anybody that was interested in selling their property.
