Thanks again Adam for achieving the street record price of our family home. You were extremely professional, honest, and most reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending you for selling and buying as we did with our properties.

Adam has been amazingly helpful right from our initial meeting to the close of the sale. He is very informative and has a very calming style in what we all know to be a stressful situation. Communication from both him and his team members was second to none throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Selling in today's market is not as easy as it once was but we have to say that Adam Dureau Real Estate made it seamless for us and sold our property well within the timeframe we had in mind. We would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team to anyone who was thinking of selling their property if they are looking for impeccable communication and service. Thank You.

Adam was professional and enthusiastic from the very start. After a not so good experience with another Agent, Adam not only had a buyer within our first week but was able to secure the price we wanted. I would thoroughly recommend Adam and his team for anyone who is looking for a professional and easy process! Thankyou Adam!!

Adam came across as a very professional agent when selling me my purchase. He always followed up on calls and did what he said he was going to do. No pressure just facts. I would recommend Adam to any anyone who need an honest agent.

From the moment we met Adam at the first open house, right through to handing over the keys, Adam maintained an exceptional level of professionalism. He frequently communicated with us through each step of the processes - without being overbearing or pushy - and we never had to chase him for anything as he was already across it or had already advised us of it. This level of professionalism and communication extended to the office team who were also a pleasure to deal with. We really can't fault the service and experience and would rate Adam 10 stars in each category if we could - it you are looking for an Agent to buy or sell with, then look know further than Adam Dureau.

We met Adam at one his open properties in Frankston South earlier in the year. Having had a number of appraisals on our own property, we had a chat with Adam and were straight away instilled with a great deal of confidence when it came to his sales strategy, past experience and access across the Eview group. Adam made the entire process very easy and transparent to effectively manage our expectations and get a result that we were happy with at the end of the day. I would highly recommend anyone on the Mornington Peninsula having a chat with Adam and his team if they are considering making their next move in the property market.
